My heart goes out to the family of Christopher Newsome and Channon Christian.
This was a horrific crime and unfortunately it is just advancing personal agendas of hate groups. There are bad in any race and there are also good people in any race and I do believe more good people exist. Black people detest this crime the same as white people do. The kids in that car could just as well been good black kids that found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. This was not a racial crime; it was a crime committed by 5 sick, perverted individuals that don’t deserve to breathe the same air as the rest of us whether black or white.

Finally, FINALLY, there has been mention of this case on a national level.
I had e-mailed several independant journalists, asking why nobody in the national media has the nuts to talk about this case. It is obvious why, because its not politically correct to report on black-on-white hate crimes.
Thank you Michael Savage for having the courage to not only mention the case on your nationally syndicated news talk show, but going that extra mile and questioning the media in general for their lack of mention of this story, and for pointing out why they avoid it. For the above mentioned reason.

I hope these 5 a**holes burn in eternal hellfire for what they did to beautiful Channon and Chris. When a crime like this occurs, as SOON as they are convicted they should be executed. These people DO NOT deserve to live. I cannot begin to imagine how scared Channon and Chris must’ve been. God bless you both.

This is a very sad case. I hope Channon and Chris get their justice. They didnt deserve this. Channon and Chris’s families will be in my thoughts and prayers.. As for hate-crimes….In the end murder is a hate-crime whether it is black on white, white on black, black on black or white on white, to murder someone you must be full of hate.

This is such a horrific crime only someone so full of hate would do something like this. National attention should have been given to this case whether black or white or any other group. My prayers go for the victims families.

Oh, come on, people! It isn’t just hate crime. It’s RACISM! Let’s call things with their real name. Poor kids were violently murdered just because they were beautiful white kids.

i just happened to tip up on this story today. although 2 years have passed by since it happened. i as a black male am disgusted by this act. we can call it a hate crime, violent crime, or just crime, whatever people need to label it but it is down right horrible. i wouldnt be upset if the media labeled it a hate crime, all i need to hear is that a stiff punishment is handed down on people who commit crimes of this nature on anyone. i for one could care less the intent behind anyone commiting such an act. whether you dont like my color, shoes, clothes, city im from or what have you. all that matters to me is that the punishment should me severe!!!!!!!!

I just heard this story on the Glenn Beck show. It made me so angry when I heard what these 5 blacks did to these 2 young Caucasians who had their whole lives ahead of them. I think of the tortuous pain both Chris and Channon endured. These 5 blacks should have gotten a capital punishment by lethal injection and that would have been easy. What happened to an eye for an eye? The progressives are slowly making this country into HELL!

One of the defendants did get the death penalty – Davidson. But I agree that they all should have received it. This is one of the most heinous crimes I have heard of. Channon and Chris need to be remembered the most, however. For the lives they lived and their loved ones as well. 🙂
