I find it very ridiculous (and sad) that the victim’s sister could not get the picture removed from Facebook when she talked to them. They told her that she should block Jennifer if she did not want to see the picture. I believe Kenneth Amyx’s Facebook page has been removed now, which is good. So, they remove nude photos right away, but not murder photos?
My heart goes out to Jennifer’s friends and family.

Mark Salling has been indicted for possessing child pornography.

A federal grand jury indicted the “Glee” star on 2 counts of child porn. Salling’s laptop was seized last year, and allegedly contained thousands of images and videos of child porn. One count involves a flash drive which allegedly contained images involving a prepubescent minor and a minor under 12.

U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker says, “Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed.”

If convicted of receiving child porn, Salling faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison. On the charge of possessing child porn, he could receive 20 years.

OS ANGELES, Calif. (May 27, 2016) — UPDATE: Sources tell Crime Watch Daily that many of the images confiscated on Mark Salling’s electronic devices contain images of prepubescent children under the age of 10.

This update is in conjunction with today’s breaking news heard first from Crime Watch Daily that the U.S. Attorney’s office was in the process of filing paperwork in Los Angeles for a federal indictment against actor Mark Salling for charges related to child pornography.

As Crime Watch Daily first reported – Salling, 33, was arrested December 29th after the Los Angeles Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in partnership with Homeland Security obtained a search warrant for his home in Sunland, California and obtained more than a thousand images from Salling’s personal devices. Crime Watch Daily spoke to Salling’s attorney, Dmitry Gorin, on Friday morning who had no comment about the case at this time.
