Alfred Swinton has only been tried and convicted for one victim, Carla Terry. **Update 6/2017** Swinton’s conviction has been overturned. He has been released pending his new trial. His next court date is 7/20/2017. He has not yet been exonerated. That will apparently be decided by a new jury. DNA evidence points to him not being the killer of Carla Terry. There is other evidence that has called his guilt into question.
