You would have to complain about that to the Salt Lake County Jail. It is the information in their system. But that does not change the situation here. The innocent child is still dead.

It`s pretty sad that the police didn`t do the FULL investigation . what he was the only one there and so he did it . I UNDERSTAND he admitted it after 9 hours of hell in the police station . I know Juan (Pablo) and I knew a little about the mother of the kids and she has a past that we couldn`t get answers to because Pablo`s Legal Defender that was a Raciest liar and just didn`t give a crap about innocents . This is not her first child she lost , to be honest it`s her third daughter they other two dies a Mexico from where she is from and the Biological Father of Dania and Emanuel `s father beat the little girl two months prior to July 5, 2011 we have a police report on that and the little boy was seeing a therapist from the things he saw his father do . I just don`t understand how the cops don`t do their jobs the right anymore .. They knew things and never even investigated like the little girl was up all night the night before crying and Pablo was at work that night the mother left for work that morning around 10:45 and records show Pablo kept calling texting Jasmine Martinez on her cell and work to tell her that her daughter was not feeling well but the mom told pablo that she has passed out before .. and after all this the state told Jasmine if she didn`t help the state against Pablo she would`nt get her son back and she kept telling us she was behind us and know`s he could`nt of done this so find out that they are helping her with her immigration status and a new place and car so she leaves to Kentucky , Elizabethtown. and moves on !! so I`ve been trying to get our side out there .. Even when the police charged Pablo with beating the little boy and the news said he barely made it alive , I have video of him running around McDonalds with my kids and how he pulled his hair out the boy was bald . and I even found pictures of Dania like 2 months before Pablo was with Jasmin of the little girl `s eye bruised and her cheeks were swelled .. I gave this to Pablo`s first legal defender John West he said it has nothing to do about it and he promised he`d send his investigator out to talk to family and look into the other deaths of her other two daughters in Palmilas,Veracruz Llave,Mexico.. But he never did and just told the family and Pablo what they wanted to hear .. The cops didn`t even know that the biological father was out of jail July 6th 2011 when I called them and told them why he was up at the hospital and should still be in jail and they told me that he was in jail until they checked the records so they were doing there job … I just don`t understand how a guy that is 33 yrs old and never been charged with beating a child all a sudden beats a child that was already came from an abusive background records show and they don`t even question the mother or biological father . yeah Pablo got charged w/ domestic violence w/his ex wife and broke a window that`s why but he has two children and no records of beating them and he has a huge family that get together bar b que and go to the lake about three times a year and all kinds of nephews and nieces and cousins ,brothers and they have never complained about going fishing or telling scary stories in the tent.. He has also watched his nephew Leland Rivera 6yrs old and his favorite Mario Junior Rivera 4yrs old Christina Rivera 9yrs like five days a week while their mother worked and the only thing they`d complain about was the eggs with ravioli sauce 🙂 I just want ppl to look at both sides and ask questions cause once they are arrested they are GUILTY they have nothing , even the news turned everything the family said around and they hired a new Lawyer Shawn Young but it was to late and I know there has to be someone out there that will listen and just look into EVERYTHING … so many ppl get tired of waiting and they do listen to their lawyer and those legal defenders just dont give a crap and they want to get it over with.. thanks for listening and If u already have your mind set I truly understand cause the people acccused never get there side out unless they are RICH ..
