  4. Those of us that grew up with Dick know that he always a little on the shady side and probably brought this on himself. We all would like to know what happened, and know at least at one time the police were pretty certain who did it, but could not come up with the evidence to prosecute.

  5. I and Dick’s sister-in-law visited with Dick and his wife and left to return to MA 2 days before Dick’s disappearance. Dick had confided in me that he was very nervous around Sam Perone as Mr Perone had once stopped his car near a field, pulled a gun and told Dick that he could kill him and no one would ever know. I asked him why he dealt with the guy and Dick said that he (Perone) repped certain furniture lines that Dick needed in his business. As far as I know, this is all old info. Too bad. Dick didn’t deserve that ending.

  7. Sam looks like a criminal — he and that sinister looking mustache. Authorities should investigate him immediately. Brett Adams is a slime ball as well.

  8. I dunno, this case still doesnt make sense. Vengeful, murderous furniture salesmen?? I don’t buy it one bit. How about just a typical I-71 carjacking? I seriously doubt the world of industrial furniture is that cut-throat….

  11. Sad commentary when one of your children find this crap on the Internet. I understand most people who write such irresponsible comments have no life to begin with but please do some research prior to spouting off about an issue which affects families and are defamatory.

  17. I knew Dick in HS. He was not a shady person, only a driven, caring family man. Please solve this mystery, someone has to pay and should not be free.
