  1. He should have stayed in prison for life after he kidnapped, raped and murdered a girl. 4 lives would have been saved, etc. He should have been executed decades ago for killing 4 more people. What a waste of oxygen he is.

  2. I agree. He should have never been let out to destroy more lives after the very first one he was convicted of. He was a monster and always will be. Oregon is way to lax with criminals.

  3. Dwain Lee Little was 13 y/o when he first killed. Too bad he wasn’t tried as an adult.
