When you kill someone in self-defense, which was Eve Nance’s original claim, you don’t hide the body and dispose of the evidence. You call the police and claim self-defense. Justice was done.

This was definitely not a crime of passion or self defense. This woman had put up with her husband cheating on her and he didn’t care if she knew nor did he care about it hurting her. He was caught cheating in his home and you would think that he’d at least try to hide his infidelity after that but he didn’t. He was the type of cheater who would sleep with another woman every day as his wife cries her eyes out in the room next door and that attitude by him angered her into a fireball of hatred. He was taking a shower to go cheat once again and she finally came to realization that he never lived her and was only using her for financial support and sex when he couldn’t get laid elsewhere, and she decided to get revenge. If she had shot him while they were arguing about his cheating, I would say a crime of passion but she didn’t. She snuck up behind him while he was in the shower and shot him in the back of the head. She simply murdered him in cold blood and should have gotten life without parole.
