I heard his mother sent nastygrams to the bomber in prison… while he certainly deserves to be there, Chris Marquis’ mother got her son killed and needs to live with that. She knew what he was up to and rather than force her son to make restitution she hid his whereabouts from the man and caused him to take measures.
Mrs. Marquis helped kill her own son. PERIOD.

Yes… Definitely..His mom should’ve been more of a parent however of course I’m sure we all believe that no one needs to die over money period. I’m sure Mr. Dean in hindsight wishes that he didn’t act out in anger and cause him and his family this heartache.

Chris Marquis would have lived a lot longer had his mom not been a criminal herself. According to her daughter Sheila(Chris’s mom) was a thief. She shoplifted and a lot of other things. She knew her son was selling CB Radios and when someone would purchase a radio from Chris for $400 Chris Marquis would send an inferior ($200) CB Radio. While that is nothing to kill someone over,it is true like some other commenters here that had Chris Marquis’ mom Sheila had taught her son to be honest and lived by the Golden Rule herself, her son would still be alive and she would have never gotten hurt either. She denied on the Forensic Files show that “Well,her son really didn’t run a business”…so if it wasn’t a business, then what was it. You don’t screw someone out of $200 or more and then send inferior products. While it is terrible what happened to this 17 yr old, his mom has to live with the fact that she helped to get her son killed.
