Bobby Jack Fowler is a suspect in this case. However, he died in prison in Oregon in 2006. He is a suspect in many unsolved homicides, including the “Highway of Tears” cases in Vancouver, BC. He is a suspect in several other murders across the U.S., but those jurisdictions are not ready to give the details yet.

Yikes, that guy could scare you to death just by looking at him.

Honestly I think this is the same guy that cruises up and down the columbia river gorge and terrorizes drivers. I ran into him at one time. He wears a baseball cap and looks like he drives a black smaller suv. This guy was around 45 or so, brown hair and white. Would not stand out in a crowd. But is not afraid to follow people even if they leave the highway. We had a run in with him when my daughter and I were driving seperate cars coming from Montana. We were on the gorge highway and it was raining. He was following my daughter so close that she could see his face in her mirror. We pulled off and he pulled in after us. I did happen to have a weapon in the trunk. I grabbed it and pointed it while yelling at him. He called me a crazy bitch and drove off. We went to the next town and ran into a sheriff there who told us that they have been trying to catch this guy.
