I know, when I saw they had Henry Lee, I almost threw up. But they can blow as much smoke up the jury’s ass as they want, because the state has more than enough evidence to get the DP. Jury’s do not like baby killers. Once they see those party pics and the searching how to brake necks/chlorophorm/missing children….she’ll be hung. I just wish we still hung people. Such an adorable child, her singing at age 2, just breaks your heart. Now Caylee is playing with baby angels just like her and is in Gods hands safe forever. Those parents have not only lost a Grandchild but also their only daughter and will feel the disgrace for as long as they live. Where was the Lord in their home? I was about to be drawn into the sympathy route for the Anthony family until I finally saw the Dateline NBC rerun this morning. Lock them all up!! The reporting was quite clear of the three ring circus atmosphere on the two CNN shows that feature this case. I’d love to meet the grandmother that got up in Cindy’s face on the one clip.

I am a former law enforcement person and when someone goes to jail for this, in da big house, they beat their ass over and over while they decide what to do with them.
Someone who hurts a child is on the very bottom of the prison anarchy and they always get their just reward. Death penalty, she would be in solitary for years. General pop is always best for this type of scum.
My only concern is that she will somehow or other pull an Andrea Yates and go to the nut house. I hope the jurors can see how calculated she pulled all this off…..right down to her internet surfing. I suspect she chloroformed her to party and had her in the truck while she was in the bar and the child died there…. Then she concocted this ridiculous story…

The 3-year-old girl’s mother Casey Anthony is behind bars on first-degree murder, manslaughter and other charges. She has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting a January trial. She faces life in prison if convicted of killing Caylee.
Someone performed the Internet searches on the Anthony family home computer. Casey Anthony, 22, lived with her daughter at her parents’ house in Orlando until shortly before the tot vanished in mid-June.
On March 17, someone searched for “peroxide,” “acetone,” “alcohol,” “shovels” and “lost numbers,” as well as how to make chloroform, on the same computer using Google, according to the documents.
Traces of chloroform, which is used to induce unconsciousness, were found in the trunk of Anthony’s car during forensic testing by a Tennessee lab.

I agree with so many of these posts. My heart has hurt for Caylee since the day she was reported missing. I have a deep hate for Casey. And I, myself, think hate is a very strong and powerful word. I would like to meet her. Just once. Not exactly sure what I would do. I have a lot of anger that I would like to let out. I know it wouldn’t be pretty. I have three kids of my own. Ages 8, 3, and 2. I completely understand the meaning of “motherly love”. But come on! Your grandaughter was intentionally murdered by this monster. If it had been an accident, and reported right away, maybe, just maybe, it would have turned out different and we wouldn’t hate Casey, AS MUCH. But she lied and (tried to) cover it up and dumped her body and LEFT her there. All while out partying and having the time of your life, knowing that you just ended another. Words cannot express the way I feel about the whole situation. It kept me up on some nights. And I will forever remember Caylee. So many people out here would have loved to raise that baby girl. She didn’t deserve this. I agre with the general population punishment. I know many people in prison, and Casey wouldn’t make it. Giving her the death penalty only deprives her of having to live with the guilt of what she did. (If she even feels any.) Let her see what it’s like to have the life sucked out of you. And then, just as she is getting ready to die, revive her. And do it again. This type of punishment should be legal in cases like this.
