  2. What a travesty of JUSTICE this country has!!!
Innocent people being brutally murdered every day and killers getting minimum sentences! Makes me completely ashamed of our judicial system! Brian Britton BRUTALLY took 3 innocent lives for HIS OWN SELFISH REASONS and almost succeeded in taking a fourth! he needs to stay in prison! AND PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD—-QUIT giving “LIFE SENTENCES” then RELEASING CRIMINALS!! if their crime was worthy of “LIFE” then THATS EXACTLY what they should be given!!

    • Lorri,

He is still in prison. He does get parole hearings, but that is due to the laws in effect in NY when he was sentenced. Unfortunately, when he was sentenced, they did not do LWOP. Personally, I doubt he will ever be released. He won’t even take responsibility for what he did.

  4. Some men you just can’t reach and he’s one of them. There’s something missing in his brain that will never develop. Too bad NY’s laws were so friendly back then.

  6. How hideous. If his home life was that bad and his mother that domineering, why didn’t he just run away from home? Somebody explain that to me, And he even murdered his 8 y/o brother, an innocent child who’d never hurt him.

Brian Britton is obviously a sociopath. He’d be an unacceptable threat at any age. His sister is right to oppose any parole. He’s lucky she didn’t put a contract on him.
