This was lame and her attorney knew it. There are usually signs around the phones that state that the calls are being recorded and her attorney should have known that she did not have a right to privacy in this calls. He said the release of the tapes only hurt Casey, but of course, he never mentioned Caylee either.

The breaking news that I just read says that, again, Casey was caught in a lie regarding the phone call that she received from the babysitter prior to Caylee’s disappearance. There is no record of the phone call.
Also, the mother admitted to washing a pair of pants found in the trunk of Casey’s car that smelled like a dead body as well. She put them in Casey’s room.
Tomorrow’s planned birthday party for Caylee, and the fact that she will not show, I believe will be the icing on the cake so to speak.
I am hoping that the next breaking news story will be Casey’s confession. Lies always catch up to you in the end.
