Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute. Here are the rules: 1 - Please remember the victim(s) first and foremost. Do not come here to comment only on the offender(s). My blog focuses on the victim(s). Do not glorify the killer(s). No negative comments about the victim. NO VICTIM BLAMING. 2 - I will not tolerate hate filled speech, vulgar or derogatory remarks about a victim. I will remove comments that go against this. I will not remove comments just because they do not match my beliefs, in fact, I welcome them! However, that being said, I will remove those that I find offensive, argumentative just for the sake of starting an argument that does not add to the post, hate-filled speech, etc. 3-No comments in ALL CAPS, or CoMeNtS. They are rude and difficult to read. I have had many complaints about it so no more. 4-Comments must be in English only and easy to read (meaning no text language, shortening words, etc.). Update: Dale Stark murder *Mistrial declared in Brian Moore’s trial; *He is going to be retried, still being held on $2 million bail*

Dale Stark

He is still being held in jail with a $2 million bond. It was 11-1 in favor of conviction. The lone holdout was a juror that did not even bother to take notes. Seems to me he was not taking his duty seriously. But Brian will be retried. Justice for Dale!!!

Update: Tracy Burke & Karen Comer murders *Another mistrial for Brent Burke – another trial?*

Tracy Burke karen-comer.jpg
              Tracy Burke                                 Karen Comer

This has become very emotional and frustrating for both the prosecution and defense. This is the second hung jury Brent Burke has had. Apparently the jury believed he was guilty, but the prosecution did not have enough evidence. The best evidence so far has been Brent’s son & Tracy Burke son did identify Brent Burke as being the man inside the house that night. This must be very traumatic for those 2 boys as well. I did read that they plan to try him again, but I am not sure if that was set in stone or not.
