Cold Case: Larry Anstett murder 11/5/1974 Milwaukee , WI *Why has there been no justice for the 15-year-old innocent victim?*

Larry Anstett

On this day in 1974, 15-year-old paperboy, Larry Anstett, saw a package on a car and picked it up. The package contained a bomb and exploded, killing Larry instantly. His murder was the result of revenge by the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, although Larry Anstett was not the intended target. The case may be cold, but police believe they know who killed Larry Anstett and several other victims (some who *mysteriously* disappeared). Although there were accomplices and those who helped, the main suspect remains as John W. Bushman, who is a free man and has not been charged in any of the murders. Hopefully, since so much time has passed, witnesses and those with knowledge of the murders, will come forward. Larry Anstett, an innocent victim, needs and deserves justice!

Serial Killer: Howard Arthur Allen killed 3 elderly women; Sentenced to death, which was overturned and changed to 60 years in prison; Died in prison 2020

From Howard Allen’s appeal for the Ernestine Griffin murder: Allen murdered 74-year-old Ernestine Griffin in her Indianapolis home. Police determined that Griffin had been killed by a combination of a knife wound to her chest and a blow to her head. On a kitchen counter, police found a piece of paper with Allen’s name and phone number on it. A neighbor of Griffin’s informed police that Allen had inquired with Griffin about a car that the neighbor had for sale. Police later discovered Griffin’s camera at the car wash where Allen worked. After extensive questioning, Allen admitted to the police that he had struck Griffin, but denied killing her.

Allen was charged with Murder, See footnote Felony Murder, See footnote and Robbery. See footnote A jury convicted Allen on all three charges and recommended a sentence of death. The trial court sentenced Allen to death on August 30, 1988.
