    Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute.     November 27:  1978:  Harvey Bernard Milk and George Moscone were shot to death in San Francisco, CA at City Hall by former Supervisor, Dan White, who used the twinkie defense. He was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison. He served 5 and then committed suicide after being released.
