  1. He ambushes his mother and puts two bullets in her chest. He serves 2 years.
I don’t care what his uncle said his dad promised him. You cannot assassinate your mother over the farm. Amazing. Can’t believe it. 2 years.

  2. I agree with you, Stan.
These PsOS should only leave prison feet first. NOTHING excuses their heinous actions.

    • Josh’s Mom burned the farm down and didn’t save any of his possessions before doing it. She left him for years and is the one responsible for his behavior. But hey let’s ignore that and blame Josh!

  5. I have a camp in a town bordering Farmington. I heard a rumor that was related to the crime but never saw the documentary to find out if the rumor was true. Did Josh own an ATV and his mother while angry ran over the ATV with a bulldozer destroying it? That is the rumor I heard from someone. Another rumor I heard was that Josh’s father traveled to see his wife, ex wife of course?, for her to sign over the property to him but while in the process he died there in Colorado and the signing over of the property was never done. Does anybody know if this is true?
