  1. How can be be a death row inmate if he hasn’t been tried? He isn’t listed in the DOC inmate roster so he wasn’t convicted of a prior murder.

  2. The title of this article is completely ridiculous! If you’re going to use fear tactic’s to write an article, why not mention all the other criminals that live in our society. Serial killers, rapist ect. Why put so much focus on one kid who’s criminal record consisted mostly of b&e?

    • Jessi,

I DO post on other people’s violent crimes. This blog has over 5000+ posts. This is far from the only one.

Most killer, including serial killers, do not start with murder. B&E is common amongst them as well. Not all of the evidence has been made public yet but will be, I am sure.

Running as he did gives the appearance of guilt and can be used against him as evidence of guilt. He, and those who helped him are stupid, at the very least.

      • “Running gives him the appearance that he’s guilty.”
        That’s only your biased opinion.
More than 4% of inmates that are on death row are innocent.

That being said, I am not saying he innocent or guilty. I am saying your article is biased. You already condemned another human without knowing all the evidence.

        • Lighten up! You must have some personal issue aside from the articles listed. I have followed this woman’s blog for years and she is always realistic when editorializing. Get off your soapbox about death row. That is a different blog where you obviously belong.
Oh, running from law enforcement is a universally recognized showing of guilt. Saying so is not biased.

  3. His previous convitions have been for B&E only. The media never states the facts and they continue to write biased articles like this one. The prosecutors office wants a conviction regardless if the defendant is guilty or innocent.
