Those punk brothers got their uncle killed provoking the old Day guy, those 3 brothers needed a ghetto beatdown and their uncle would still be alive.

I just watched this today and I can’t believe that the nephew of the dead man doesn’t seem to realize that hey had a great deal of culpability in their uncle’s death. If they hadn’t been dbags to begin with it would never have come to that end.

I know this trial was on TV. Do you know where I can find this episode? I was one of the two deputies that arrested Richard Day and I never saw it.

My family knew this man when I was growing up, he was not a good person then and he deserves what he got for killing that poor man. He might not have went to jail for what he did back when my family knew him but he got what he deserved later in life. Karma will get you.

You can’t kill someone for egging your house lmao, you all are crazy. It wasn’t even his kid that did it. He got in his truck totally unhinged and mowed this dude down and dragged him. If he took his bipolar meds then maybe he would have had the ability to think clearly before making a decision. If the whole neighborhood is bullying you, then move. It’s not worth being miserable your whole life just to prove a point to people who don’t care about you. If you act like a miserable old bastard to everyone, some people are naturally going to find it fun to mess with you.

I cannot believe people keep commenting that Richard was “not nice” or “not good” and that even the reporter and cop in the episode, along with the thug, Mike Spinella, kept mentioning that Richard had a temper. I’d have a temper, too. Any reasonable person would have a temper. NO ONE is saying how horrible those boys were! Why? Why is our world so ok with allowing people and kids to act like that and not holding them accountable for it when something bad comes of it? Why?

I agree. The Spinella (?) kids were just as much to blame for their uncle’s death by all the terrible things they did. If they hadn’t been jerks then Richard Day wouldn’t have felt the need to go to their house and their uncle may still be alive.

Yup it’s amazing how oblivious people act to the truth, those punk kids are indirectly responsible for the uncles death, btw who the fuck gets in front of a truck? Just because the guy eggs your house. Let him fucking go and you won’t get ran over, the uncle couldn’t have done to good a job keeping the peace if he’s turning a blind eye to his nephews obvious bad behavior
