Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute. Here are the rules: 1 - Please remember the victim(s) first and foremost. Do not come here to comment only on the offender(s). My blog focuses on the victim(s). Do not glorify the killer(s). No negative comments about the victim. NO VICTIM BLAMING. 2 - I will not tolerate hate filled speech, vulgar or derogatory remarks about a victim. I will remove comments that go against this. I will not remove comments just because they do not match my beliefs, in fact, I welcome them! However, that being said, I will remove those that I find offensive, argumentative just for the sake of starting an argument that does not add to the post, hate-filled speech, etc. 3-No comments in ALL CAPS, or CoMeNtS. They are rude and difficult to read. I have had many complaints about it so no more. 4-Comments must be in English only and easy to read (meaning no text language, shortening words, etc.). 1. Hmmm i wish she used her strength for positive things. I’m not judging her anyway!

  2. I saw this case on Snapped. She was eventually sentenced to life. So the family got justice after all. YES!!!

  3. Are you kidding Ginny, cops and prosecution had ZERO evidence against her. Just shows juries are sheep. If you are the defendant you are presumed guilty, not the other way around. God help me if I am ever wrongfully accused of anything in this country and I am a lawyer.

  4. @Laurie’

First of all, there had to be enough evidence against Pam for her to be sentenced to life in prison. Her husband caught her stealing AND he planned on leaving her. There was NO evidence of a home invasion either. She staged everything.

  5. Where is she? Ga doc doesn’t show her at all. Nothing on Google to show she dies or won a new trial.

  6. Pretty crappy burglars if they didn’t even take anything. Sorry but her whole story didn’t make sense not to mention they never found any proof of someone else being there no fingerprints not DNA. Your a fool if you believe someone is going to go into someone else’s place to burgle and then decide instead of taking anything let’s just beat the husband to death, what a joke. Why is it so many people make excuses for woman when you know if it was the other way around you wouldn’t be whining about anyone being railroaded.
