Monsters Among Us: Winston Moseley: The rape and murder of Kitty Genovese – A tragic story that got twisted, leaving his victim almost forgotten

Barbara Kralik, 15 [7/20/1963]
Annie Mae Johnson, 24 [2/29/1964]
Catherine “Kitty” Genovese, 28 [3/13/1964]

Yes, Winston Moseley is still in prison. He was originally sentenced to death, but it was overturned when the death penalty was on moratorium in the US. I doubt he will ever be paroled. He is right where he belongs. His crimes were heinous, to say the least. He raped several women, besides the 3 murders.

**Update** Winston Mosley died in prison 3/28/2016

One Response

  1. I am surprised he is alive. He raped and killed at least one white woman. Prison is hard on inmates who commit interracial sex crimes or murder.
