  1. Hi Bonnie. ;). I don’t know if you enjoy graphic novels much, but there’s a good one about the Benders; personally, it resembles more of a (black and white) comic book to me, but they call it a graphic novel. I liked it; there’s a real dearth of information about them, so this had to do.

  2. It’s called “The Saga of the Bloody Benders (A Treasury of Victorian Murder)”, by Rick Geary. There are other titles in the Treasury of Victorian Murder series they feature H.H. Holmes (“The Beast of Chicago”), Lizzie Borden and Jack the Ripper; there’s also a Treasury of XXth Century Murder (featuring “Lovers’ Lane: The Hall-Mills Mystery” among others), all by Rick Geary. He’s done graphic novels about the Lincoln assassination, J Edgar Hoover and the Lindbergh baby kidnapping, too; check them out on Amazon, you’ll find many more!
