  1. I have never ever heard if anyone deliberately crashing their car into a tree for the sole purpose of killing their passenger. I guess there are all kinds of nuts out there. The murder/ suicide attempt scenario sounds feasible until it came to the insurance part, then you have to sit down and wonder “who would take a chance like that with their life to get insurance money or even to get back at someone?” That is so bizarre! But regardless of what she was trying to do or why she did it, the bottom line here is she’s alive and her husband is dead because of her act and to me that equals to one thing.. Murder!, and she’s the murderer and once again we see this is another case of a cold-blooded killer being released from prison far earlier than she should have been after committing a premeditated crime.
