  1. I just hope that Brae doesn’t get her sentence reduced and get out of prison someday. The way I see it she’s the one who got Nathan involved in this. She was jealous of her step-father’s new girlfriend, and she got her brother to kill him. It doesn’t make him any less guilty. However, knowing the madness of the American justice system, I have a feeling she’s going to get a sentence reduction to life with the possibility of parole, and she’ll probably get out in 20 years. She might beat her brother out.

    • Seeing as he was the one that actually carried out the murder, I hope she sees freedom before he does.

      • Actually, the jury found Gann not guilty of the use of a firearm, and not guilty of lying and wait. However Hansen’s jury did find Hansen Guilty of the personal use of a firearm, and guilty of lying and wait. So, two separate juries both agreed that Hansen was the killer.

  2. I spent time with her in prison in 2009.crazy to think because she was so innocent in nature. Thank god I turned my life around to not ever go back to chowchilla. She was very distraught and I hope she has found peace.
