  1. Now, here’s a case where an obvious suspect has so far beaten the charges because they’re judging him on the evidence, and there just isn’t enough. That was actually the case in the Drew Peterson case, but he was convicted. What do you think is the difference in these 2 cases? In my opinion, the jury likes Mr. Burke, or at least they don’t dislike him, whereas in the case of Drew Peterson, everybody hated him.
