Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute. Here are the rules: 1 - Please remember the victim(s) first and foremost. Do not come here to comment only on the offender(s). My blog focuses on the victim(s). Do not glorify the killer(s). No negative comments about the victim. NO VICTIM BLAMING. 2 - I will not tolerate hate filled speech, vulgar or derogatory remarks about a victim. I will remove comments that go against this. I will not remove comments just because they do not match my beliefs, in fact, I welcome them! However, that being said, I will remove those that I find offensive, argumentative just for the sake of starting an argument that does not add to the post, hate-filled speech, etc. 3-No comments in ALL CAPS, or CoMeNtS. They are rude and difficult to read. I have had many complaints about it so no more. 4-Comments must be in English only and easy to read (meaning no text language, shortening words, etc.). Have respect for those who don't do text messaging or other lingo. 5 - ALL COMMENTS LEFT BY COMMENTORS ARE THEIR OWN AND THEIR OPINIONS. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE FACTS. NOR IS THE BLOG OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE'S OPINIONS OR FEELINGS. STATEMENTS MADE AS COMMENTS ARE OPINIONS, GIVEN FREELY BY THE COMMENTORS. 1. How can authorities incarcerate all these millions of offenders? Wouldn’t it easier to ship them to Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Siberia or parts of Africa and drop them off like assholes do with dogs and cats they don’t want to care for or is this a source of income for prison guards, attorneys, cops, detectives and state troopers?

    • Carmine Ricca,

Are you saying that the accused does not ever deserve a fair trial? Should we just assume the person is guilty and ship them off? What happens if they are actually innocent? Will YOU take responsibility for all of them who are found to be innocent?

  2. I believe people should have a fair trial. Unfortunately those found guilty May not be an ideal soldier, it takes discipline to be a soldier and sending murders to represent our county could be a pose a liability for our country.

  3. They said “incarcerated”. Read better. They never said not getting a right to a fair trial. But its always the same old bullshit. Appeals after appeals. They had thier “fair trial”. Ship them to an island and let them be violent on thier own kind. Show them how to grow thier own food and such. No guards needed, no compounds needed built.

  4. The military does not take anyone with a criminal record

  5. Fuck all these thugs… die in hell motherfuckers…u all need to get a dmn job… fucken low lifes…

  6. What Sergio said was definitely derogatory! Maybe he didn’t read the comment policy! I’m just saying

    • I believe he was talking about the offenders, not the victim. I give more latitude when it is like that. I do not accept negative comments about the victim(s) almost all the time. I am certainly not going to defend those who kill. There is no excuse in most murder cases.

  7. My brother murder put someone responsible for my brother murdere

  8. They only got 3 & 5 yrs, Studda even pled guilty.

  9. How does someone only receive FIVE YEARS for murder?????????????? This is disgusting example from the justice system.

  10. You are right brother 5 years and 3 years disgraceful if the victim was white he would’ve got life without the possibility of parole… there isn’t much justice in Dallas

  11. Can you explain to me how this **** gets 5 f*€king years for MURDER!?!? All they did was send him to UHO (University of the Habitual Offender)!! Now he’ll be a smarter criminal! Like that matters,he could blow up a school and evidently be able to f*€king be out by the time he’s 30!!! What the hell is going on in Texas!? This piece of shit should be stoned to death with cell phones!!!! AND his accomplice, that got 3 years for ROBBERY!! He shot at the guy and f*€king missed!! So he gets robbery!? WTF!?!?!?

  12. I do believe in the death penalty in cases like this. When a person takes another person’s life, for no reason at all, and there is no doubt the murderer has done it, that person in my opinion has forfeit their own life. No life in prison, no living in prison for 20 yrs before executed, ,,,execute within 30 days. We would not have as much crime in this country knowing if you take a life (for no reason), your life will be taken too.

  13. Is there anyway that I can watch Wayne Wooten murder
