    • That kid didn’t deserve that, but he made some major mistakes that cost him his life. Going to a house party in Brooklyn with people he didn’t know, he got suburbs written all over his face.

      • He made some mistakes????? He should be aloud to go ANYWHERE without being killed reguardless of what he looks likes. He was killed by two punks, hopefully they get whats coming to them in prison.

  4. Growing up in Manhattan it would behoove of you not to travel to Brooklyn unless you are street smart. Secondly you cannot pass out on someones’ couch especially when you notice these guys don’t even like you. Street smarts. In other news …. Poor kid.

    • Please do not even try to blame the victim for his murder. That is very wrong.

    • Street smart has NOTHING to do with it. He was.invited there. Like i said.before he.or.anybody has the right.to go anywhere without being killed. Can you see death.coming???????

There is irresponsibility and nativity that could both lead to you ending up in a dangerous situation. Am not saying one deserves it,, but it’s pretty much a standard recipe for trouble.

  6. He should not be blamed for his death, a lot of unfortunate surcumstances led to his death not to mention a lot of drinking and a little ecstasy that would surely throw off your perseption of others and your surroundings . I read that Giucas mom thinks he had nothing to do with this crime. If so , where did Russo get The gun. It was said that Giucas gave it to him and said , ” show him what’s up” in order to be in that gang . That makes him responsible right there.

  7. Many of you are missing the point – the facts of the case show that Albert Cleary should have been the person put on trial; in addition, you can’t excuse obvious juror misconduct, no matter your opinion of someone’s supposed guilt.

    • Sadly, it appears you are missing the point. John appears to be a major player and non of you guys can deny that!

      • I can… so can Bonnie (read her intro to my blog)… actually, a lot of people deny that allegation. In fact, thats pretty much what we’re saying. The facts of this case prove John is innocent. sooo yeah, I can, and do, deny that. It’s just not correct. Not supported by fact. Not supported by logic. Just not supported at all. and if you have any questions about anything specifically, feel free to contact me I would be more than happy to answer any questions you have. My email is johnnyjusticeauthor@gmail.com.

I hate how people are so quick to write something so harsh and so cruel and really make it seem like they have a very strong opinion on something, but never take up my offer to learn more, or defend their position. I’m always ready to defend John’s innocence, but I also am willing to listen to others, and I question when someone doesn’t want to defend their own insinuations or hear the facts surrounding something like a murder (pardon the reference to The View circa 2008 but it had to happen).

There are some definite unanswered questions here. How did the show on I.D.surmise that John woke the victim and ask him to leave? Other witnesses? While John claims he was asleep at that time.Either Antonio did this of his own volition(they do say he was not nearly well off as john and his family)Maybe he wanted money, maybe he just could’nt stand the new guy,who knows..It seems though that A group of well off kids were wanna be bad asses and mixed in with a few street kids, and this is what you get.Im not sure why they think cleary may have had something to do with this.Based on his past criminal record? It would almost make sense if the victim was found closer or trying to enter clearys house. But he was’nt,leaving to me,no motive that cleary did anything.

    • he was found 50 feet from Albert’s house- go to the more recent post about this there’s a map of where his body was found. Right across the street from it.

  11. What’s really sad about this is that johns mom decides to parent after he’s been sentenced to prison! Where was she when he was in a gang, shooting guns in her home and staying out all night. I hate that! She should be in the cell beside her son. Parent please! Then some of this crap can be avoided. Same with the shooters sorry parents.

    • please go read my blog on here… you’re so wrong about everything you said. he wasnt in a gang, and he never shot any guns. my god how do people believe this crap. You come here, so you must be somewhat of a crime buff, right? does the idea that this was a gang murder really make sense to you? would he be proclaiming his innocence the entire time if he wanted to up his street creds? have you ever actually heard of this gang outside the contet of this case? if he was shooting guns before this why was he arrested for it a year after Marks murder? why does no one ask these questions i dont get it. Bonnie sees the logic in my analysis- read what she wrote.

  12. I am so sick of people crying after they commit a crime. This was a senseless murder. These thugs deserve to go to jail whether or not they pulled the trigger. John G. needs to go to jail for going along with this whole situation. This should serve as an example to these young kids that feels they are invisible to murder. My condolences to Mark’a family.
