Glad they got these punk “bass-terds”. But I tell you, the measly 10 years he got is nowhere near enough. These guys took a life out of the world. Bailey may have finished college, and gone on to really help people, and been an asset to society…but not now.
It’s just not safe to walk the streets no matter where you live. ANYBODY can get you at any time. But all you can do is try not to be on the streets if you can help it, always take a vehicle. Be aware of your surroundings, and carry a self defense weapon as well, whether it’s an actual firearm…or taser, pepper spray..something. Of course this isn’t a guarantee, but do what you can, and maybe it will save your life.

Only one has been convicted and not yet sentenced, and he is not the one who killed the victim. That is why his sentence is not going to be life. He pled guilty out of remorse. The others are fighting the charges. Jamell Modest will be testifying against the other two also.

Please explain how anyone is being disrespectful? To me, the disrespectful ones are the 3 who killed Richard Bailey. Did they have any respect or regard for his life?

DISRESPECTFUL???? Richard Bailey was a HERO!!!! The losers who took an innocent man’s life are more than disrespectful. They deserve the same that they dished out to Mr. Bailey. Shot in the head, but not enough to kill him. Let the 3 of them suffer on life support and then let their poor parents have to make the heart wrenching decision to take him off the life support and end the suffering by 3 punk ass cowards living a life of crime. I guess getting a job and living like a RESPECTFUL citizen was too hard for them. Mr. Bailey was an unselfish young man. He was an organ donor who saved six people’s lives, and he was studying to be a police officer to put losers, like the ones who took his life, in jail for justice. What is also disrespectful is for someone who doesn’t know proper English to defend murderers!!!!! I wish we still had the death penalty. Damn Pataki. By the way, to help you out, the correct way to write that sentence is…”but it isn’t right for people to be so disrespectful.” English, learn it before trying to use it.
