Kevin Folk is not the father and he has a very loving one that Justine, Pinal County CPS and their Courts have kept him from seeing his son for the last six months, he has tried to get custody but has been unsucceful because the courts would not hear his story and Pinal County CPS sided with the mother and did not have the interest of the baby in mind at all.

Doesn’t matter if he isn’t the father, he should have had the sense to not take a baby to a drug deal. What is wrong is people?

That is right, Kandi, Kevin is not the father of that baby. He has not even been with this girl for very long at all. It is not right of you people to be judging him when you do not even know the entire story. Take a step back and think about what you say and who you judge before you publicly post these things on the internet.

Kevin (the real father of travis) is a low life pice of trash. he smokes weed just as much as justine does and he lives in a nasty trailer that the smoke in and drink in all day. the goverment was stupid to take the baby away from justines aunt and give it to kevin. neither one of these parents should have this kid. atleast when justines aunt had travis he has a good meal, clean clothes, and a clean house to live in!

They should of not took Travis from me he had a very loving and wealthy home. Now Kandi the grandmother and Kevin the Father wont let me see him. I miss him and think about him everyday

Kandi,kevin,chrissy,and grandpa jerold They r what u would consider white trailer trash. Grandpa JKeene thinks hes a judge but we will see what the real judge has to say about him not allowing Travis’s Maternal side not be able to see him and Traviss MOM who has be rehabed and no longer has anything to do with drugs. she is still his mom and no one can change that. Everybody makes mistakes in life but, they will not be repeated if u know what rehab does to people. people do change. As for Travis’s maternal grandma who took excellant care of Travis for 5 months after kevin drop travis off and never returned and justine had a broken hand @ the time. travis love his grandma Lynn and will not forget her she taught everything that Travis knows he learned from his grandma Lynn. stick that in your hat and eatit Kandi and family

We will get him back. They have been avoiding the process server from the courts. It is wrong to keep Travis from his family they should be happy that we want to be a part of his life, but instead they want to alienate him from his extended family it is WRONG and the JUDGE will see that. Kevin was caught driving with a suspended license again.

[…] So here’s another brainy couple that decided to take their child along for a drug deal. Look like winners don’t they. Actually the dude isn’t the father but he obviously didn’t care either way. Kevin Folk and Justine Rabell don’t have jobs. As a matter of fact for the last couple of months the only income they have had has come either from their families or from selling drugs. The two not-overly bright teens drove to a Safeway parking lot in Chandler, Arizona and played Let’s Make a Drug Deal with the police listening on. The two agreed to sell 46 ecstasy tablets in exchange for $700, but they would have to bring the drugs back later. According to the The Weekly Vice (link below) they had planned on ripping off the buyer by not coming back with the drugs but other stories I have read say that Rabell did produce the pills during the transaction. Talk about honor among thieves, huh? All the time they were making their deal Rabell’s one-year-old son was in the back seat. Also according to the court documents Rabell lived to far away to take the baby home before the drug deal. Folk and Rabell have been charged with Suspicion of Child Abuse and various drug offenses. They are bother being held on bail of slightly less than $10,000 but Rabell also had an outstanding charge for shoplifting that’s still pending so her bail is a little higher than his.
