  1. I am very sadden to read this. I pray that God will comfort their families and help them find out who done this so they are brought to justice.

  2. this is very sad.. it makes you feel like you need to keep your kids in the house and not let them out. i hope they find who did this. this person has got to have a very sick mind. my thoughts and prayers are with the victims family.
    god bless you .

  3. Just wondering, if god were able to comfort the families why would he not have prevented this deplorable act and saved these families the trouble of needing comfort? My only hope is the person/s responsible for this act be brought to justice.

  4. God gives everyone a choice to live their lives with or without Him. If not, everyone would just be robot servants. This world and this life is not perfect, we will not know perfection until we get to heaven. Because of sin (Adam and Eve’s originally), we will have to continue to live in a society where people sin, until Jesus returns.

  5. You are exactly right Wendy! this world is full of sin. we probably will never know why these two innocent girls were killed, but what we DO know is that God has a plan for each and every one of us. We just have to follow him to see what that plan might be. Those girls are in a MUCH better place now and I know all of this has happened for a reason.
I hope the killers WILL be brought to justice for the things they have done. May God bless you all!

  6. We were speaking of this very thing – we had street games. I’d be out all day saturday just playing; we can’t let our kids play street hockey, wiffel ball, touch football . . . I don’t see kids in my neigborhood playing outside. I’m in a town just outside Boston. Sad really really sad.

  7. My heart goes out to the families. We, too, live in the country & it is nothing for my girl & her friends to walk down the road to go crawfishing or to just be kids. My prayers are with the family. I can’t even imagine the pain they must be going through. My heart breaks for them.

  8. REMEMBER EASTWOOD IN HANG EM HIGH,IM THINKING ITS TIME FOR A PUBLIC HANGING WHEN THESE HEARTLESS DEVILS ARE CAUGHT.

  9. What kind of person would do that . I think they did it because they made there live horrible and they have to take it out on someone else. And I fell really bad because I am the same age as one of them.

  10. This case is keeping me up at night. I don’t understand how someone could be so heartless. These girls didn’t deserve to die, let alone like the way they did. This should be a death penalty case. I hope when they find the guys who did this that they string them up by the balls. RIP sweet sweet little girls. The only comfort I have in this is knowing that at least……..they died together, not alone. God bless their families.

I think that the message is clear here, maybe if there was a little justice for the victims and not as much compasion for the murderers people would think more than twice about doing something brutal and thoughtless and of course evil.

  12. every thing that god does to us is for a reason.Wether we like it or not.He gave us the chances to come to earth and chances to choose who we want to be.When i read the story of the two girls being killed at such a yuong age i cryed but then i relised there in in a good place now out of harms way and in the arms of god watching over there familys and i smiled. My heart now goes to the the familys.God bless us all.

  13. what the hell is this world coming to, my heart goes out to these families.

  14. This is one of the saddest things I’ve read about in a long time. Iread the grandfather of one of the babies found them
being a grandpa myself, I can’t imagine how he feels.
God my heart goes out to the families.

  15. i will prey for all, hope they get this nut b-4 it happens again, like too hear more about in the media!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL . LOV, MIKE

  16. I AM SO, SO ,SAD FOR ALL !!!HOPE

  17. best motive- The girls walked upon 2 parolees who thought they found a private site to shoot the stolen weapons that would send them back to prison if they were caught with firearms. No telling what police would have found if the parolees homes were searched. Upon seeing the guns one of the girls whips out a cellphone. Had the call gone through the parolees might have both gone back to prison for many years.

  18. i read about skyla and taylor in a local paper called “mugshots” there are some things in this case that don,t add up! point 1. taylor had powder residue on her right cheek, she knew her killer, was there a boy who liked taylor and wanted more than she could give? and figured in his mind that if he couldn,t have her, no one else would either?, and what about taylors cell phone? there was no mention of wether or not it was found or not? what about cell phone records to collaborate peter plackers story? or possibly to trace any calls taylor may have made while walking? also, the article mentions that there were two differant types of weapons used, and why if the bad creek bridge were half a mile away and the bodies were found 300 yds from the house would peter not have heard the shots? the so-called “person of interest” just happens to be an american indian who was seen standing near his truck “near the spot where the bodies were found” would an indian alone have time to shoot two girls almost simultaniously with two differant kinds of pistols and hit both targets on the run? i think not! this whole case stinks! i,d say you were looking for two crazy teen agers with weapons or peter knows what really happened, the cellphone is my idea of a smoking gun. signed robert, teenage slueth

  19. Buy metal detectors and search Weleetka for the guns that killed these precious girls. The reward money is $160,000.

  20. what is the status of the two “suspects” recently arrested? could the real criminals be the sons of a very influential person with the resources to hide the truth? what about the cell phones?

    • teen-age sleuth –

I cannot see where anyone has been arrested for these murders. Who, when and where? And if they are not the “real criminals” as you say, then who is and how do you know?

  21. sometimes by suggesting that things are that really aren,t, you can bring outsiders into the equation to help wake the facts surrounding the case. my inticements are as follows: 1. no has been arrested-why? in a neighborhood that sparcely populated-someone is keeping very quiet. 2. if two differant weapons were used, there must be two shooters,3. what about the cell-phones, even if they are missing, the records of phone calls in or out should provide clues. 4. i live in a part of the south where kids of wealthy parents have used their money and influence to hide crimes commited by their kids. i really feel that someone from the “good’ side of town went to the poor side and played out a scene they,ve seen before only in this case two young girls were killed. someone knows the truth, in this case money doesn,t talk.

    • One thing here – it takes more than suspicion to arrest someone, even in a high profile case. Not all cases, unfortunately, have arrests or get closed. I hope this one does. But many go unsolved for decades before an arrest, if ever. Look at the Zodiac. There was never an arrest, but there was a lot of suspicion. Those investigating do not want to make a bad arrest. They need to do it right, or there will never be a conviction. I am sure there is more going on than they say, which is as it should be. I have a suspicion that you are young and may not understand how all of this works. Since it appears you may know more than you say or suspect more, have YOU gone to the investigators?

  22. yes, i,m young but my analytical mind ‘sees” things from a differant angle then most adults (so i,ve been told) and what really caught my attention when i read about this case was that there were sketchy details released in most of the articals. but….when the careproviders are mentioned in the write up, they are put in a “i,m not sure what i,m doing here” posture and then when the artical mentions how close to the house the bodies of the two girls are found(300’) and nobody heard any shots????? i have actually googled pictures of the bridge where this crime took place and for the life of me i can,t figure out how these girls wern,t seen by someone other than the killer/s???? as i said before, something stinks!

    • Have you had access to all of the evidence to be able to know everything that the investigators know? Being young does not make you wrong, but you are obviously not very well educated yet, so that is more likely why they would not take you seriously. And please don’t try to judge the caretakers as for that aspect, yes, you are too young to know how they should act. How many murders have happened in your family? Everyone reacts differently, especially in the face of the media. That changes everything. Until you have been in their shoes, you don’t know for sure how they feel.

  23. as far as me going to speak with investigators, no i have not….mainly because i doubt that they would really take me seriously and the logistics of going to the city where the crime occured would be a little much. my intentions are pure. i also would like to see the person or persons responsible for these murders brought to justice. i,ve done a little research of the area by googleing the town and county which provided me with vital statictics income percap and crime rate by population. as a depressed area economically speaking there is probably a lot of stress and low morale. drug arrests and convictions, meth-amphedemine, crack, so on. the fact that there were two differant caliber weapons used definately smacks of two killers. the girls saw something or someone doing something illegal and were “loose ends” as it were and were killed. yes, i,m swiping at thin air but somethings seem obvious to me, don,t they you?

  24. Has anyone thought about getting a full list of all the students at their school. Then going to each student’s parents home. Ask if the parent(s) own a gun(s)?If so, test fire it and check that shell with one of the dealth shell. I know this will take time, But something needs to be done. My gut feeling is, some student is responsible,

  25. Taylor was my baby cousin. id like to thank you for all your prayers and positive feedback it makes a difference. thankyou. keep praying we find who did this!

  26. I agree, i have always thought of this in the back of my mind. There needs to be something more done. Has every person in town had their houses searched for any guns and then the guns tested/.>? This at least narrow down some people. Has anyone searched the whole town and area for guns discarded. Has anyone searched the creek beds ?
