  1. I wonder if her body was to decomposed to determine “cause of death”.
Amy07 & “mylifeofcrime”- Does that make sense?

  2. Yes that makes since if there was no trauma to the skeletal system.

  3. They could also not be saying the cause of death due to legal proceedings. Sometimes they dont release that information in the hopes that the suspect will give them that information as prove that him committed the crime. If the public doesnt know and only the suspect does and tells the authorities then that is prove he committed the crime.

  4. A medical examiner determined Wednesday that the death of a pregnant woman was a homicide but was unable to determine how she was killed.

Jessie Davis, 26, was killed in her home near North Canton on June 14, authorities said. Her body was found nine days later about 25 miles away after thousands of volunteers searched the area.

“Based on our examination of the remains, as well as consideration of supplemental laboratory testing and investigative findings, her cause of death will be listed as unspecified homicidal violence,” Summit County Medical Examiner Lisa Kohler said in a news release.

The office could not exclude any type of injury as causing Davis’ death. Investigators previously stated that the advanced decomposition of the body would make determining a cause difficult.

Canton police officer Bobby Cutts Jr. has been charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of Davis and her unborn child.

Cutts, 30, is the father of Davis’ 2 1/2-year-old son, and her family says he was the father of the baby girl who was due to be delivered in early July.

  5. RIP Jessie, we havent forgotten about you honey.

  6. We sure haven’t. Never.

  7. how was she murdered ?
    suffocated ?

  8. The cause of death was undetermined because of the rate of decomposition. When the body is that decomposed it is difficult to rule on the cause of death unless there is signs within the skeletal system.(ex. if the death was cause by gunshot, or blunt force trauma to the skull) More than likely she was but because suffocation does not cause damage to the bones it is hard to say for certainty.

  9. I can tell them EXACTLY how sweet Jesse died. Her sorry, spineless, no-good cheating “boyfriend” viciously murdered her and her unborn child. Is anyone else NOT clear about what happened?
