This is not Robert Todd Harrell’s first DUI. He had one last year as well. Plus, this time, he is charged with taking contraband into the jail (drugs). Not smart. A man, Paul Howard Shoulders Jr., lost his life in this incident and he needs to be remembered in all of this. Just because the person arrested and charged is a well known celebrity does not make him matter more. It makes him matter less. Remember Paul Howard Shoulders Jr.

When he was bailed out, one condition was that he install an interlock device on his truck (although I don’t see why he was allowed to drive, he should have had his license taken away), however, he ignored that order completely.

Is This Justice? Dedrick Ashford got high and drove, killing 6-year-old Christopher Wade; Sentenced to 1 YEAR in prison!

This is so sad. I personally believe that Dedrick Ashford should have been charged with at least vehicular manslaughter and sentenced to real prison time. He did not have a driver’s license and he admitted to having smoked marijuana. He is old enough to know better, but he did drive anyway. Straight out point – he should not have been driving under ANY circumstances. He killed a 6-year-old boy, whose family and loved ones are devastated. One year in prison is not going to show justice or even be a deterrent to anyone. There was NO JUSTICE for this child or his loved ones. My heart truly breaks for them.

Wow. This took a lot of intelligence. And there is NO excuse for what she did. She was just impatient and did not want to wait on the children. I wonder if she has children and how she would feel if her child was hurt by a driver doing this very same thing. She is lucky no one got hurt. I hope she learns from this. Wouldn’t it have been easier to stop for 1-2 minutes than have all of this fallout from such impatience?

I despise punks like this, who think they are big men for breaking into an elderly couple’s house and then beat the man with a shotgun because he did not move fast enough. This poor man feared for his life because “Lil Zack” decided that it was ok to try to kill this man. Zachary Irish does have a criminal history and I doubt this will be the end of his violence unless he is arrested quickly.

See this sweet, 14-year-old girl? Her name is Ashton Sweet. This is the story of her death at the hand of a drunk driver. Austin Jeffrey Farley, who got in a car and drove his truck, which then crashed into a car carrying teenagers home from a party, killing one of the girls, Ashton Sweet. Farley’s blood-alcohol level was over 2 1/2 times the legal limit. And he has had numerous arrests, but yet, have never spent time in prison. Now, he is whining that people are calling him a monster and he says that he is not a monster. But, sorry to rain on your parade Austin Jeffrey Farley, but yes you ARE a monster. You got in that car and drove KNOWNG you were drunk and should not be driving. And the passenger in your car allowed you to drive drunk. That person (I think it is his girlfriend) should be prosecuted as well. If there is any justice in this world, you Austin Jeffrey Farley, will never be able to walk or drive the streets again.
