For most of my 67 years on this earth I was against the death penalty, but after reading “Bonnie’s Blog of Crime” for several months now, I’ve changed my position on capital punishment. I used to just read about local murders in Chicago, the majority of which are gang-related shootings, and a few of the more infamous crimes throughout the country, like the mass shootings. However, with “Bonnie’s Blog of Crime”, you get to see the local murders all over the country, and not just the ones in your own city. Some of these murders I read about make me think that these people who commit them are monsters more than people, and I’m convinced the only thing to do with a monster is to kill it. I highly recommend that everyone should read “Bonnie’s Blog of Crime” just to get some idea of the brutality of some of our fellow human beings. If you’re against the death penalty right now, as I was for most of my life, I think you’ll change your mind.
