What a bunch of crap her husband should have been convicted not cody now I am left here raising 2 little ones with out a father because our justice system is a joke

Just because he is your husband/boyfriend does not make him innocent. In fact, he is far from innocent. The criminal justice system worked fine here. Cody had her DNA all over him. Please give me a logical and rational reason why that happen? He did not belong in her house either. OH YEAH! He was burglarizing the house. And others, including one the next day where he beat up the homeowner. So, why should he not be in prison? What is the specific evidence that Magda’s husband killed her? Not generalizations, but specific.
And how dare you say that you have to raise 2 little ones without a father? ARE YOU FOR REAL? What about Magda’s children? Do they get their mother? Not once did you even express any compassion for Magda or her family, who are the ones that permanently lost their loved one. You can, if you choose, write to Cody, talk to him on the phone, or visit him. How fair is that for the Aleman’s? But, maybe justice will really happen in September and he will get the death penalty, which he does deserve. He killed her during a felony. He deserves it. While I have sympathy and compassion for you and your children, I do not for him. Most of my compassion goes to the victim and her loved ones. They did nothing to deserve this.
