Not enough time!
911 call to this was crazy.
My husband worked with Diane Snellen and she was a really nice person. The fact that her own daughter could kill her is just so sickening to us. But I agree, they weren’t given nearly long enough sentences. I don’t care if they were teenagers, they were old enough to know right from wrong and they were close enough to being legal adults that they should’ve been tried as such. I’ve seen much younger people charged and tried as adults for lessor offenses. Makes me angry. But rest assured, she may have gotten off easily on this earth, but some day, she will face God and there will be no excuses, no defense and no reasoning with Him. There will only be answers.
I agree with you, I myself don’t understand how a child can take the life of their parent. I also agree that their sentences were not long enough either, my opinion they should have been all sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole ever! You murder anyone and you should go to prison for life without any chance of parole ever! My heart, thoughts and prayers are with the family of Diane Snellen as this crime was totally uncalled for and the fact that her own daughter played a role is enough to make anyone sick!1
You are also right about when she gets in front of the LORD she will not be able to give any excuse as to why she did what she did, GOD IS THE ONLY JUDGE and JURY A PERSON NEEDS!
