    Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute.     I’m Lars’s sister and Bobby’s niece… I’ve moved to another state and I’ve been unable to hear about this til now… There’s some kind of closure now that I know he got 55 years :)

    May 19: 2012: Michaela ‘Mickey’ Shunick was abducted, stabbed and shot in the head by Brandon Scott Lavergne in Jefferson Parrish, LA. Lavergne pled guilty to her murder and the 1999 murder of Lisa Pate. He was sentenced to LWOP.

    Florida Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
