  1. There are many people who beleive that Sarah Pender is innocent and never planned nor wanted Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordmann to be killed. I find it necessary to add a link that might interest anyone honestly interested in Justice :

    https://sites.google.com/site/justsarahjo/

In this site, you’ll find more than a handfull of links and “cut and paste” texts. You find an in depth look at the case and its surrounding circumstances.

  2. The more I read and learn about this case, the more disturbed I am. I’m beginning to think that Sarah’s conviction is a huge injustice. It seems the big piece of evidence is a letter she wrote to Hull, admitting to murdering the two victims. Hull has since recanted that, and admitted that he and another inmate wrote that letter themselves. Is anyone aware of anything that is being done to help this woman? Or is she really guilty?

    • She purchased the murder weapon the day of the killings. Saying it was to protect herself from a stalker who had raped her months earlier is an obvious lie.

      What was their motive, drugs?

  3. She seems as guilty as sin to me. If her lame act has you convinced she is innocent, you are very naive. She’s a lot like dianne downs, clueless as to how inappropriate her demeanor and attitude are, because she is so wrapped up in herself.

    • What part makes her “seem” guilty as sin. When someone is convicted of something, it is supposed to be “BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT”. The only reason Pender was convicted was a letter that was later admitted to be a FORGERY, by the person that produced it. That is NOT beyond a reasonable doubt, especially considering there was NOTHING else to link her to the murders. Oh, and trust me, I am FAR from naive. In fact, I’m not so naive that I believe that prosecutors and the media never lie as you obviously do.

    • seems? *seems* shouldn’t land someone in prison the rest of their life. how is she like dianna downs? demeanor and attitude should not be considered in proving innocent or guilt…FACTS determine that… she was convicted off a letter that was printed differently than 80 other letters she wrote. the letter that sealed her fate had fingerprints of two others…not her own. Well my goodness, what a hot-mess of a country we would be if we convicted all of the little girls out there wrapped up in themselves.

FShe is good at making me believe yea there is a fake letter but what about the gun she bought I can’t tell me she bought as a present and had no clue what was going on she had so many out if she was not guilty she went to work and acted like nothing happened of that was me I would be singing like a bird not going on as nothing happened and she can’t say she was afraid of Rick she was at work and not around him and her family really has no clue what type of women she is she was into cocaine way before she met rick this chick is off the rocker she is very convincing ..like Larry sells and all the cops say she is a female Charles Manson

    • She is not making you feel anything…your intuition is making you feel something is not right. Your comment is hard to follow. u okay? you say “the gun she bought i can’t tell me she bought as a present.” well hun…we can’t tell what you are telling yourself. Sounds like you have conflicting voices in your head. WOW! I can’t even argue with it because it is utter nonsense. uhhh… Charles Manson? She had NO followers. Rick said in an affidavit that she had nothing to do with it. He feels bad having two people’s blood on his hands and wanted to clear the air that sarah had nothing to do with it. Nothing anywhere has shown me sarah singing like a bird…must be the voices in your head.

  5. I think Sarah Jo Pender is innocent but the police just do their best to put as many people in jail as possible with as little evidence if possible and blow storys up out of proportion

  6. As of today, december 22, 2012, there’s news in Sarah Pender’s case. Larry Sells, the prosecutor who got her convicted, had a change of heart. he now blieves Sarah’s Conviction was a huge mistake. he has contacted Sarah Pender’s relative and offered his help to overturn her wrongful conviction. you can listen to an audio interview of Bonnie Prosser, Sarah’s mom, on our cmpaign website. She tells how she was contacted by Larry Sells. This proves further that Steve Miller’s book is completely off mark.

  7. Hey, can any of you even speak a word about the victims? Not one of you has spoken about them and if you read the top of my blog, you will see that the focus of my blog is the victims.

I do understand that many people believe Sarah is innocent. That is fine, as long as you discuss it respectfully. But honestly, Tricia and Andrew should be the focus here. At least show some compassion towards them.

    • mighty silas,

It is obvious you have not read my comment policy. My blog focuses on the victim. I understand that Sarah may be innocent or may not have received a fair trial. However, here on my blog, Tricia Nordman and Andrew Cataldi are the focus. Not one of your comments even mentioned them at all. Normally I would not even approve any of your comments due to that. Please have respect for the victims and their loved ones. No matter who killed them, they did not deserve what happened.

  11. In reading up on this case, I have 1 question!!
    Why did Hull get 45yrs & 45yrs, when Pender got 50yrs & 60yrs??

    • Aleen,

I don’t understand that either. If I remember correctly, I believe Hull admitted that Sarah had nothing to do with it. I have not heard anything else on this case. I will post when and if I do.
