Police are still looking for Michael Allen Seaton and he has been charged with capital murder, which means the death penalty is a good possibility. And so well deserved! I am glad this mother is also being charged. Since Seaton is ALREADY on probation for hurting a child, she purposely put her child’s well-being at risk. What a poor excuse for a mother. Just look at the beautiful smile on that child’s face. My heart breaks for him and what he went through.

I heard in a News interview that in 2009 he as well as 3 other scumb bags killed a 2 year old girl (can’t find her name or crime date) left her beaten and bitten up body in a field in Lee County Texas but I can’t confirm this I can’t find an article on the case either. I mean if this guy did that and ONLY got injury to a child what the hell is TX doing what about involentary manslaughter or murder, if she survived then it would still be news, better news then what I’ve been hearing anyone else hear about this? Poor little boy I hope the mother can live with herself for her lack of action. ANYONE that insists on diciplining a child with a beating should automatically get one themselves to see if they agree that is the best way to handle a dicipline need, try talking you elliterate bastard….

he was staying with the family when the incident happened. He claimed that he was not involved in anything but because he was at the home, him and all the adults in the household got charged, that is why it was not a murder charge and deffered case, because basically the proof wasnt there but the proof of neglegence was. (that is what he claims happened on that case. I knew all of them personally Skylar, Mike, & Brit and it just tears me apart to know what they did to this baby, I keep asking myself if I could have prevented this from happening if I could have identified all the clues)

Your comment is a bit confusing. When you say that the charge was defered, do you mean the previous charge he was involved in? To my knowledge, the charges in THIS case have not been deferred or downgraded in any way. How was Skylar or Brit involved in the other charges Please be more clear.

this is the previous case about the 2 year old previous person was asking about….on that charge he was on probation with the possibility of deffered. He was following all ordinances with his probation, and had been on probation for a while now, not revoking it at all. Part of his probation included reporting to his officer each month, following through with working, and monthly drug testing..he was following it all. (like I said I personally knew them)
There are more details coming out of the case that have not been reported yet by the media….the story continues to twist…there is an allegation that Brit has confessed that she was the one that killed the child that night and that Micheal was gone……but nothing has been proved to be factual until the media runs with it. At this moment I am just as baffled at what truly happened. All I do know for a fact is that Brit is not as innocent as she claims to be and that child was not her life because she allowed his life to be taken away.

Once again, you confuse. Where in your comment do you stop talking about the first case and start commenting on the current case or do you believe that they are related? You are saying that there are more details coming out of the case – is that the first one or current one? You are not clear on this. It appears that you are putting both stories together. Please verify which part is which.
Personally, I believe Britni should be charged the same as Michael, since she knew he was already involved in the other one. She knew there was a chance the child would get hurt. But where did you hear the “allegation” of Britni confessing? I found that no where and the police dept. denied that it ever happened. In an interview with Jessica Willey, Britni accepts “some” of the blame. Not the same as a confession. So, where are you getting your information? It sounds like you are influenced in one way and are trying to put heresay out in that direction.

In the previous case, not the current one. A 2 year old child was found dead in a field. The child was found with bruises and bites on her body. At the time Seaton was with the mother of the child at her home along with other 4 adult household members. When the child was found all the adults that were at the home were charged. Seaton always claimed he was innocent. That he was not involved in the childs death or the situation itself. He claimed that he was just staying with the family. While he was in jail awaiting trial, his biological son who was with the mother was going through CPS issues with her and the child was being removed from the household. Seaton pleaded guilty to a lesser charge so that he would be able to fight custody rights for his son. Of course with the fact that he now had a charge that involved a child, rights were taken from him and he was no longer allowed to ever see his son again. (This is the story he personally told me)
In early 2011 Micheal became involved with Britni, at that time Britny did not have Skyler with him. Sometime over the summer the situation changed and Skyler was in the picture again. Skyler, Micheal & Britni relocated to the Pasadena, TX Area in mid September. (This is when I along with others were introduced to Britni and Skylar personally) The family was in our surroundings in a Pasadena TX till November 29th, they then moved to the Hillcroft Apts where Skylar was killed.
Like I said I knew this family in a personal level. I recall seeing SKylar at times with bruises. I would quickly ask what the situation was, and there would always be an excuse. And some of the excuses would seem creditable at times, so I was never sure if it was true or if I was reading to much into the story or situation. One situation, the child had scratches on his neck and a bruise on the side of his eye. I asked Micheal first what had occurred and he told me their big dog (which they did have) had jumped and wrestled the child down making him bang his face against furniture. I would ask the child the same question when Micheal was not around and the child would tell me the same thing. I would ask a closer friend to the family that often was in the home if he had seen any odd activity. He would tell me that he had not noticed anything but he did witness the child being clumpsy and in just 1 hour that he was there he had seen the child hurt himself twice. I wrote off the situation as me reading to much and the parents probably being negligent of supervising the child at all times. Now I regret not doing more about the situation…But I just didnt know and wasnt sure.
When I say there is more twists to the story, I am talking about the situation with Skylar. This may be bias as you say because it is coming from Seatons family point of view and no facts have been proven. But what they claim is that Seaton has an alibi that he was not in Houston at the time of the incident but in his hometown with his former girlfriend and the former girlfriend is claiming he was with her all that time. Also they allege that Britni has changed her story and has confessed that Micheal was not involved in Skylars death.
Of course no news media is reporting this findings at all. Micheal has not been released. And of course if this is at all true, the fact is that both are involved in the childs death directly and indirectly because this child had been suffering from abuse for a while now and neither one of them did anything to prevent it. Each one deserves what they get.

We have let Dustyn down as we do with so many innocents butchered like this. RIP you sweet, little darling. I can’t imagine what pain and horror and sadness you must have gone through. Why didn’t the Child Protection act on the complaints that were already made? What can we do to stop such tragedies? As long as there are cowards who feel powerful by hurting children & shitty mothers who do nothing to stop it, this will continue.I want to rip apart the evil coward and the woman too.I hope they rot in prison where each day they are tortured as Dustyn was. Then there will be a tiny semblance of justice.
