This is such great news! The accused, Kevin Sweat, is also charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Ashley Taylor.

I would say to lock him up forever before he kills again….now we do
not know who else he has killed? Are there more victims out there?

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
