Breaking News: Shooting at Virginia Tech – 2 people dead; Believed gunman is one of the victims

I am listening to the news conference and they are not giving out a lot of info, as they are still investigating. It does appear to besuicide I will post more as I hear more.

Florida - Jarred Harrell was given 6 life sentences for the murder of 7-year-old Somer Thompson (and other crimes, including child port).

Missouri - Alyssa Bustamante was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility for parole for the murder of 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
