February 8: 2003: Derrick Butler was shot and killed at 222 Waldo Rockford, IL. Adrian Green was convicted of his murder and sentenced to 16 years in prison. He has a tentative parole date of 2/22/2013.
February 8: 2011: Treybbian Leekey Nelson was shot to death in the 1000 block of Edgar St. in Greenville, TX. Bernard Dale Kelly Jr. and Tyron Learone McCurdy have been charged with his murder.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.
FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.

His little face reminds me of Caylee Anthonys little cherubic face. Both children look a little older than 2.
Anyway, I live in the area so it’s close to home. The nights are chilly – why would she leave a “sick” child in a cold car? Something is wrong with this picture and I believe the police should have this woman in custody to endlessly question her til she cracks. If she has dual citizenship (she’s Ukranian) she could bolt. I wonder if someone from her country of origin took the child because she was afraid her ex would get him? They’d better watch her, she might just off herself and then nobody will ever find out what happened to this little boy.

The father sounds no better. Leaving children in cars unattended should be a crime, no exceptions. As should be leaving pets in hot cars, but thats another topic.

Where are the grandparents in this story and why are they not questioning their children about the wereabouts of their grandchild? I would be in my daughters face wanting answers and fast….
