Pervert Alley: Mickey T. Gotwalt sexually assaults 14-year-old girl, but his lawyer blames the victim!

This lawyer is a real class act! He basically blamed he 14-year-old victim for the crimes committed against her and told the court that she would forget all about what happened to her. Way to blame the victim and make her the “bad guy”. But I guess there is nothing wrong with him wanting to kill her mother or buying her a wedding ring (and I am sure his wife was okay with that, too, right?)

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
