This is just like the Samantha Zaldivar case! My mother and her husband lived a few hundred yards from Samantha and I owned property on Devinney Rd in Wethersfield when all of this happened. I remember it like it was yesterday. http://www.samz.us/Samantha_Zaldivar/

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
