I am b betting that this sick, demented man thought he got away with rping this innocent child. However, several law enforcement agencies worked together to make sure that did not happen. This child will have life-long damage, both emotionally and physically. This pervert needs to learn that children ARE NOT sexual beings. He took away this child’s innocence.
