Today was emotional testimony from Cindy and Lee Anthony. Photos of Caylee in the pool were shown and Cindy Anthony said that Caylee was able to open the sliding glass door that led to the pool and she was able to climb up the ladder to the pool. However, she also stated that Caylee could not lift up the ladder to put it in place to get into the pool. She also stated that Caylee knew she was not allowed in the pool alone. Lee Anthony also testified and it was obvious how bitter he was with his family. He was upset because his family did not tell him that Casey was pregnant. They never talked about it with him at all before Caylee was born. When Casey gave birth to Caylee, Lee did not go to the hospital to see them, which he says now that he regrets. He was also questioned about the stains in the trunk, since the car belonged to him before it belonged to Casey. It was a very emotional day in court.
