Polly Alessi

Timothy Alessi killed his wife, Polly, after she filed for divorce. He was convicted and sentenced to LWOP. His conviction and sentence were overturned. He then pled guilty and got 12 years in prison. 12 years! That apparently all that her life was worth to the criminal justice system in Florida. He will be getting out of prison in a few short months. But what about Polly? My heart goes out to her family and her son.
