Brent Burke in court
This has become very emotional and frustrating for both the prosecution and defense. This is the second hung jury Brent Burke has had. Apparently the jury believed he was guilty, but the prosecution did not have enough evidence. The best evidence so far has been Brent’s son & Tracy Burke son did identify Brent Burke as being the man inside the house that night. This must be very traumatic for those 2 boys as well. I did read that they plan to try him again, but I am not sure if that was set in stone or not.
