Bonnie’s Blog of Crime   Tonight we start off by taking a dip once more into the true crime blogosphere as I speak with Bonnie Kernene, from Bonnie’s Blog of Crime, to discuss some of the high profile cases everyone is buzzing about. I love Bonnie’s Blog because the posts are intelligent and well-thought out and very readable.  Think you will too. Catching  a Serial Killer Then I’m talking with Jeannie McDonough, whose heroic story is told in the new book, Caught in the Act: A Courageous Family’s Fight to Save Their Daughter from a Serial Killer, written by Paul Lonardo which was recently featured on CBS’s 48 Hours.  This is an amazing story. On July 30, 2007, Chelmsford, MA residents Jeannie and Kevin McDonough were awakened at 4:00AM by strange noises coming from their 15-year-old daughter Shea’s bedroom.  When they went to check on her, they discovered a hulking figure dressed in black hovering over her, holding a knife to her throat. The book tells the story what happened after that moment.  Can’t wait for you to hear what they did!   Eye Witness Testimony:  How Reliable Is It? Next, I’m tackling the touchy subject of the reliability of eye witness   testimony, how it can be manipulated and what can be done to make sure   it’s dependable.
