The Vanderburgh County Detention Center in Evansville is where they belong. The one thing we cannot tolerate is harming innocent children!

I am sickened by parents who are so lazy and mean that they can’t look after their kids. I hope they get a very long sentence.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
