Jonathan Fithian was in the end only convicted of two second degree felonies, manslaughter and obstruction of justice. The judge sentenced him to the two 1 to 15 years to be ran concurrent, with credit for time served 210 days, so this man only has at the very most to do on this murder a little over 14 years and then he is free. This justice system has serious issues.
