Would love to see the death penalty get used. To long has passed and he has been free. Justice will be served for little devin.

the trial is over. The evidnce is strong for the states atorny. He will get what he deserves

Judge Schoenstedt said he will have a verdict by August 19.

He did not do it and I think the judge has failed his job in seeing that. I know he did not murder him if anyone did it was the father of the child.

He was convicted on the evidence presented. Do YOU have evidence proving the father did it or is it just your opinion?
